Class Descriptions

Cycle and Sculpt: 60 minutes of indoor cycling which may include; hills, sprints, jumps, tabata. Ride profiles will vary. Hand weights or Resistance Tubes will be used for approximately 10 minutes of upper body sculpting. An awesome total body workout. Burn between 700-1000 calories depending on the ride profile.

Cycle/Cardio Blast: 45 minutes of high energy, heart pumping cardio with limited recovery. A blast of cardio that will give you an awesome endorphin high. Class is modified for everyone, you control your resistance and speed.

Cycle 60: 60 minutes of indoor cycling. Class may include climbs, sprints, HIIT, jumps. Endurance and stamina will be challenged in this class. Strength work with heavy resistance may be included. Ride profile and music will depend on the instructor of the class.

Cycle and Kettlebells/Abs: This is a calorie torching class! 60 minutes of high energy cycling followed by 15-20 minutes of Kettlebell Strength Work targeting upper and lower body. Killer Abs will be included. Depending on the ride profile, this combination class can torch up to 1400 calories. A side note; 20 minutes of kettlebell training burns approximately 400 calories.

TRX Power Express: 30 minutes of TRX resistance training focusing on core strengthening and muscular development. A total body workout in 30 minutes. Combine this class with cycling and get a total body cardio and strength workout.

TRX Body Blast: 30 minutes of TRX resistance training using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training.)
