Go Legs Cycle Studio offers challenging group workouts that will work your entire body, mind and soul.

You will be motivated by certified, experienced energetic instructors while you listen watch and move to our state of the art audio/video system that includes (2) 92” screens.

Our challenging workouts allow each person to accomplish personal goals for mental toughness, physical fitness, weight loss, endurance, energy and a strong heart and cardiovascular system.

Indoor Cycling (Spinning). Classes 45mins and 60 minutes. New to indoor cycling? Call 941-896-7885 to reserve a 30 minute beginner class.

TRX Resistance Training A 30 minute effective total body workout. Helps build a rock-solid core and increases muscular endurance.

A 20-30 minute addition to your indoor cycling class (optional.) Increase your calorie burn and fitness level. Kettlebells are taught by a certified kettlebell trainer. By training two times a week you will improve aerobic capacity by almost 14 percent and abdominal strength by 70 percent.
